Kylie both lives and works across two farms with her partner Jono, growing hay and grain and running a small herd of cattle. The properties are situated on the beautiful Western Downs of Queensland, famous for its diversity in agriculture as well as its rich history and heritage.

Stemming from a life long passion in horses and horses’ health, the business, Wandilla Equine Services was born out of a desire to improve the quality of life and health for horses through education, barefoot trimming, production of quality supplements and hay.

Kylie demonstrates this commitment through her continuous professional development as a barefoot trimmer and nutritional consultant, studying and learning through courses and sharing insights with other professionals, with particular mentorship and guidance from Dr Eleanor Kellon DVM in America.

In addition, Kylie also works collaboratively with vets, hoofcare professionals and bodyworkers as well as supporting equine assisted charities focusing on helping humans overcome adversity in their lives through equine connection and therapy. Herd Together is her charity of choice and she supports their nutrition and hoofcare on a regular basis.

Above all, Kylie is passionate about equine nutrition and believes that optimum health starts with diet. She has spent the last five years providing supplements and hay to horse owners throughout South East Queensland and supported them along their journey to optimum health.
